The Bids should be submitted separately in a closed envelope super scribing on the top “Quotation for Server and UPS”. The quotations should reach the undersigned on or before 30th of October, 2012. The participating firms should also submit details of their Company/Firms along with their service back-up. Quotations received beyond the stipulated date shall be rejected. The undersigned reserves the right to reject any/or all quotations without assigning any reason thereof. In the matter of any dispute the jurisdiction shall be within Courts in Cuttack, Odisha.
